About Testing Options
Testing Methods Available:
- Online Proctored Exams– Conducted remotely with AI-enhanced proctoring tools and live human oversight.
- In-Person Testing–Administered at authorized partner institutions and training centers globally.
- Private/Corporate Testing– Available for organizations wishing to certify multiple employees in bulk, delivered on-site or virtually under controlled environments.
Online Exam
Key Features:
- Live Proctoring & AI Surveillance: All exams are monitored in real-time to prevent academic misconduct.
- Secure Browser Environment: Candidates must use our lockdown browser, which disables copy/paste, screen sharing, and unauthorized application access.
- Timed Assessments: Exams range from 90 minutes to 120 minutes depending on the certification.
Technical Requirements:
- Stable internet connection (minimum 2 Mbps)
- Webcam and microphone access
- Quiet and private testing environment
- Computer with latest operating system (Windows or macOS)
How it works:
- Schedule your exam after application approval.
- You will receive a confirmation email with your login credentials and a technical checklist.
- On exam day, log in 15 minutes early to complete system checks.
- Complete the assessment under full monitoring.
In-Person Exam Proctoring (Arranged with Our Partners)
For candidates who prefer or require a physical testing environment, IBOGP® offers in-person testing through its global network of authorized training centers and proctoring partners.
How It Works

Upon approval of your application, you may select a preferred testing center from our partner list.

Appointments are scheduled based on availability and local testing capacity.

Each center is equipped with secure systems, trained proctors, and aligned procedures to ensure test fidelity.

About Exam Policies

Eligibility Policy:
Only candidates who meet all application criteria and have received official approval may sit for the exam.

Identification Policy:
Two forms of valid identification must be presented—at least one with a photo (passport, driver’s license, national ID).

Exam Conduct:
Any attempt to cheat, share questions, or engage in misconduct will result in immediate termination of the exam and disqualification from certification.

Retake Policy:
- Candidates who do not pass the exam on their first attempt may retake it after a 14-day cooling-off period.
- A maximum of 3 retake attempts is permitted within 12 months.
- Retake fees may apply.

Rescheduling & Cancellations:
- Rescheduling is permitted up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled exam time.
- Failure to appear without notification will result in forfeiture of exam fees.

Special Accommodations:
- Candidates with documented disabilities or medical conditions may request accommodations in advance.
