3. Submit Application
Complete the online application form, upload required documentation (academic transcripts, professional references, resume), and pay the application fee.
4. Review and Approval
Our credentialing team reviews your application and determines eligibility. Approved candidates are notified via email with next steps.
5. Prepare for the Exam
Access the official IBOGP® Candidate Guide, reading materials, sample questions, and recommended resources. Optional preparation programs or bootcamps may also be available. Once payment is received and approved, candidates receive:
- The official complimentary IBOGP® exam Guide and course materials
- Exam blueprint and sample questions
- Complementary Recommended reading materials or training resources
- Access to optional virtual bootcamps or learning sessions
6. Take the Exam
All exams are conducted online through a secure, proctored testing platform. Exams consist of multiple-choice, scenario-based, and short-answer questions that assess both theoretical and applied knowledge.
7. Certification Award
Successful candidates receive a digital certificate and badge, as well as inclusion in the IBOGP® Certified Professionals Registry. Certification is valid for 3 years and renewable via continuing education and revalidation assessments.
8. Get Certified
Upon passing the exam, you will:
- Be awarded a digital certificate and credential badge
- Be listed in the Global Registry of IBOGP®-Certified Professionals
- Receive official communication to share with employers and professional networks
