JamessonVicran oversees the design, delivery, and evaluation of IBOGP®’s professional certification programs.
With a background in engineering management and adult learning, he has spent over 18 years developing certification systems for technical professionals and safety specialists in the energy industry.
As Executive Director, he ensures that all IBOGP® programs align with international best practices, including ISO 29993 (Learning Services Outside Formal Education) and ISO 21502 (Project Management).
Vicran leads curriculum development, faculty certification, and quality audits to maintain IBOGP®’s leadership in workforce credentialing and applied learning.
